At VOIGHT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all VOIGHT tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
